Qian Chou is delighted to make his Little Company debut with The Cat in the Hat. He graduated from NUS Theatre Studies and was in the pioneer cohort of W!LD Rice’s actors’ training programme young & W!LD. He has also attended summer workshops at Anne Bogart’s SITI Company (Saratoga Springs, US), David Diamond’s Theatre for Living (Vancouver, Canada) and Ecole Philippe Gaulier (Paris, France).

He has won Best Ensemble five times at The Straits Times Life! Theatre Awards, for Art Studio, Red Sky, Twelve Angry Men, Lao Jiu: The Musical 2012 and Mad Forest; and was similarly nominated for Lao Jiu: The Musical 2017, Own Time Own Target and The Hypochondriac. He has toured internationally with various Singaporean theatre productions to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Macao Arts Festival, Chinese Forum Theatre Symposium (Taipei) and Kuala Lumpur. Qian Chou is a Founding and Core Member of the Nine Years Theatre Ensemble.

这是乾畴首次参与新加坡专业剧场小剧团的演出，为此兴奋不已。他毕业予新加坡国立大学大戏剧系，之后予野米剧场“young & W!LD”接受演员训练。他也曾远赴美国当代大导演 Anne Bogart、加拿大论坛剧场翘楚David Diamond以及法国小丑大师Philippe Gaulier的学院进修夏季课程。

他曾六度提名，并凭《画室》、《红色的天空》、《十二怒汉》与《Mad Forest》四度荣获“海峡时报生活戏剧奖 - 最佳群体演出”，也曾凭《神笔马良》提名“最佳青年剧场制作”。

乾畴是九年剧场演员组合的创建及核心成员，演出包括：《茱莉小解》、《咔嚓卡夫卡！》、粤语版《单日不可停车》、《赤鬼》、《底层》、《伪君子》与《人民公敌》。

Sugie first rose to prominence as a finalist in Project Superstar, but gained international recognition when he reached the top 7 in Taiwan’s international singing competition One Million Star 3.  Since then he has starred in many local Mandarin Musicals such as Lao Jiu: The Musical (Theatre Practice, 2012 & 2017) and December Rains (Toy Factory, 2015). His first English musical was Monkey Goes West (W!ld Rice, 2014 & 2016) where he played the titular Sun Wu Kong. Effectively trilingual, Sugie has used this skill in many of his theatre productions and for hosting. He has gone on to host many Mandarin variety shows, such as Campus Superstar (Mediacorp Studios) and Superfamily (WaWa Pictures). Other theatre credits include Liao Zhai Rocks (Theatre Practice, 2009 & 2016), I Came At Last To The Sea (Theatre Practice, 2018), Four Horse Road (Theatre Practice, 2018), Mahamogalana (Toy factory, 2009), Glass Anatomy (Toy Factory, 2014), Innamorati I & II (Toy factory, 2014 & 2016), Kumarajiva (Toy Factory, 2016), Goldilock and The Three Bears (SRT’s TLC, 2015) and Little Red Riding Hood (SRT’s TLC, 2017).

Sugie 第一次被众人所知是作为选秀歌手参加台湾第三届“超级星光大道” 并以第七名的成绩获得国际认可。此后他演出了许多本地的华语音乐剧，如实践剧场的《老九》，TOY肥料厂的《雨季》。他的第一部英语音乐剧是野米剧团的《西游记》。通晓三种语言的他，利用语言的技巧除了演戏，也兼顾住持夺过综艺节目，如新传媒的“校园SuperStar”和娃娃映画的“超级一家”。Sugie的作品还包括：实践剧场《聊斋Rocks》、《六根不宁》、《四马路》；TOY肥料厂《大孝目犍连》、《搭错车》、《唯一》、《唯二》、《鸠摩罗什》；以及新加坡专业剧团的《三只小熊》和《小红帽》。

Ann Lek is an actor, singer and voice-over artist who fell in love with theatre after playing ‘Ida’ (Honk!) and ‘Kolokolo Bird’ (Just So) during her time in Singapore Management University. She’s since had the privilege to be part of great productions such as Into The Woods, The Three Little Pigs, SRT's Page2Stage, The Nightingale,《夜莺》,《雨季》, 2015's Shakespeare in the Park, Treasure Island,《三只山羊》, Rainbow Fish, Singapore Theatre Festival 2016's Let's Get Back Together,《唯二》, Charlotte’s Web, Esplanade’s Chinese Festival of Arts 2017’s《儿戏》, ITSY the Musical,Hand To God, Forbidden City the Musical, Chicken Little, Esplanade’s PLAYtime! Series,《大狗民》and《西游记 – 龙宫借宝》.

Off stage, she dabbles in teaching and pet-sitting. She currently houses four rescue animals and likes to think that her pets are her greatest fans.

The ability to be on stage gives Trey a chance to be a fool in front of an audience, and that makes him happy. However, he spends most of his time fulfilling his dream - to erect a building to house and support actors in Singapore!  Trey spent his recent years involving more in community arts, playing a fool among the normal people, which pleasures him the most. He lives by Stephen Chow’s words “A man without dreams is nothing but a salted fish”.

何和鸿是一个很认真的搞怪专家。在舞台上搞怪是一个能够让他发泄的平台。除了参与舞台剧，他也在积极的实现自己的梦想－盖一栋楼来养全村的演员！

他近几年对基层艺术产生了浓厚的兴趣，所以都在社区里搞怪。星爷的一句 ”人如果没有梦想，和咸鱼有什么区别？” 已成为Trey的座右铭。

Xuan graduated with First Class Honours from the BA(Hons) Acting programme at LASALLE College of the Arts. Her notable roles in LASALLE include The Girl in The Water Station, A in Act Without Words (II), Lily in The Skriker, Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Yang Sun in The Good Person of SzeChwan. She has previously worked with Cake Theatrical Productions on Versus for SIFA 2015 and performed in Club Malam for The O.P.E.N 2016. Apart from Singapore, she has also performed in Prague for the New Prague Dance Festival in both 2013 and 2014, Bangkok in 2016 for a collaboration between Chulalongkorn University and Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and New Delhi in 2016 for the Asia-Pacific Bureau Theatre Schools Festival and Directors Conference. Xuan is incredibly grateful for this opportunity to perform with The Little Company. Xuan is also usually excessively caffeinated.

Claris graduated from LASALLE College of the Arts with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre in 2018. Prior to her studies at LASALLE, she was part of Singapore Repertory Theatre’s (SRT) training programme, The Young Company. Her theatre credits include Jing-Er in The Great Wall: One Woman’s Journey (Glowtape Productions), Anja in Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Little Pigs (Players’ Theatre), ensemble in Shakespeare in the Park - The Tempest (SRT) and Caucasian Chalk Circle (The Young Company) LASALLE credits include Little Sally in Urinetown, Marcy in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Bebe in A Chorus Line. TV and film credits include Listening In, Mata Mata 3 and I Not Stupid Too. She has also hosted and danced for mall shows (Tayo the Little Bus, Dinosaur Train) with XSystems International. Claris is excited to be working with The Little Company for the first time!
