Actors 101: An Introduction to Theatre and Shakespeare

Students will explore and learn more about Shakespeare and his works using drama activities such as improvisation, voice and movement exercises and role play. Students will also work in groups and become more confident performers.

Participants will:

• Develop a sense of appreciation for Shakespeare
• Demonstrate the various drama skills learnt in the workshop
• Develop good presentation skills
• Enhance their confidence and communication skills

Level: Primary 5 – 6 students
Duration: 1.5 hours
