On 15 June 2020, SRT announced an open call for submissions of a 5-minute monologue that reflects the times we're living in during Covid-19. After pouring through the submissions, 20 Coronalogues were longlisted.

The judges, comprising of Daniel Jenkins, Dora Tan and Gaurav Kripalani, shortlisted a total of six videos from the Open and Youth categories.
