Introduction to Drama


 

Working together with an experienced teaching artist, participants will take part in activities such as role-play, mime, voice, and movement exercises that will enable them to develop their confidence and express themselves creatively.

The theme of the workshop can be customised to your school’s preference and able to be conducted digitally or in-person at your school’s preferred venue. A blended option of in-person and digital is also available.


Duration: 1-hour

Age Group: 3 to 6 years old

Recommended Class Size: 20

No. of Sessions: 1 or more

This workshop is available year-round and is applicable for subsidy under the NAC-AEP Tote Board grant.

Lesson Goals:

  • Participants will be able to acquire performance skills such as voice work, movement, and storytelling that they can apply into their everyday life.
  • Participants will be able to share their ideas creatively through body and voice.
